To engage in and carry general advertising business by the circulation, distribution and the display of cards, signs, posters billboards, programs, banners and flags to be placed in and On railroad, cars street car, steam boats, cabs and all kinds of all conveyances used for passengers or any for other purpose, to display the same depots, hotels, restaurants, halls and other public places or advertise in the air by airplane, streamers, sky writing and other similar and dissimilar operations likewise, to advertise by radio, television, movie and in general, to employ or use any form of advertising media.
