For boarding and daycare we only accept cats. But for pet transport we accept, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, birds... etc. We accept pets of any size.
2. What is the boarding process?
Contact us so we can check availability then we'll provide you a quote.Settle the 50% downpayment to reserve your dates.Dont forget to bring their vaccination record. No vaccine. No accommodation.Be on time. Boarding services has a minimum rate of 24 hours. Your time begins at your preferred date and time.Fill out the Check In Form and put in as much details as possible.After the pre check-in inspection you can leave your pet/s and come back at the end of your booking schedule.
3. How to settle the payment? And what are the payment methods?
Pet owners can pay using cash, gcash, bank transfer, paypal and grabpay. Whichever is most convenient for them.BOARDING: 50% downpayment is required to reserve your dates. You can opt to pay the other 50% at the last day of boarding.DAYCARE: 100 pesos downpayment and the rest can be paid upon pick up of cat.TRANSPORT: Full payment in advanced is required.
